Status Pills & Their Meanings

To Do Items that are planned but not yet started.
Paused Items that are temporarily on hold and not actively being worked on.
Blocked Items that cannot proceed due to an external or internal blocker.
In Progress Items that are currently being worked on.
In Tech Review QA Stage 2: Items that are undergoing technical quality assurance (QA) review as part of the In Progress workflow.
In Biz Review QA Stage 1: Items that are undergoing business quality assurance (QA) review as part of the In Progress workflow.
Waiting For Deployment Items that are completed by engineering and are awaiting deployment to production.
Done Items that are fully completed and released to production.
Parking Lot Product discovery/planning: Items that are not a current priority but may be revisited in the future.
Delivery Product discovery/planning: Items that are actively being delivered or implemented.

Product Discovery/Planning Roadmap Statuses

Later This item is still on the radar but we are unsure when we will begin work on it.
Next This item is setup for the next batch of major items and is likely being researched and defined so that it can be worked on.
Now This item is a current priority and is either being worked on, or will be worked on shortly.
Wont Do This item has been decided against and is likely not something that will come to fruition.

Purpose of Each View/Tab

  • Release Notes: Shows upcoming and released items with their release notes, status, and details. Useful for tracking what has shipped and what's coming soon.
  • Current Sprint: Displays all items in the current sprint, grouped by status and showing story points for each category. Useful for sprint planning and tracking progress.
  • Core Items: Highlights high-priority and flagged issues that require immediate attention. Useful for quickly identifying blockers and urgent work.
  • Product Planning: Lists and ranks product planning items by impact and effort, helping prioritize future work.
  • Stats & KPIs: Shows key performance indicators and statistics about the project, such as total issues, open issues, and recent completions.
