Starting September 1, all Expedite drivers will be required to complete a quick 10-minute screening process through Gigee and Gigsafe on their phones. Drivers who finish the screening by August 31 will benefit from free MVRs, while those who do not complete it by the deadline will lose access to the application. We encourage everyone to get started as soon as possible to maintain app access and take advantage of the free screening offer.
We are excited to announce that dlivrd has officially rebranded to Expedite. This change comes with a new name, but all existing features remain the same, including fast payouts and great offers. Users can continue using the same app with their existing login credentials. This rebranding aligns our services under the single name Expedite, enhancing clarity and consistency for our drivers.
We have updated the Driver FAQ section in the Driver Portal to reflect recent changes and provide clearer information. This includes revised questions and answers available in both English and Spanish, as well as the rebranding for Expedite.
From now on, if the pickup times are modified, the driver will receive a push notification confirming the most recent changes.
We've updated the notes feature in Dash to enhance user experience. Users can now see order notes by simply hovering over the notes button, rather than needing to open the notes window. This change simplifies the process of reviewing notes and makes it faster to add new notes when needed.
The name for the Mighty Quinn's Pickup Location has been updated to include the word “Routed,” ensuring better clarity for users when placing orders. This change enhances the visibility of important location details, improving the overall user experience.
The issue with the automatic application of the AA_Ignore tag for drivers with three bails has been resolved. Previously, drivers were not receiving the tag as intended, but this has now been fixed. This change ensures that the scoring system reflects accurate driver statuses, improving our overall tracking and management processes.
Now, if an order comes through Cartwheel but is for a direct partner, it will only show in the true direct partner billing page within expedite admin.
For some specific zip codes, we have adjusted the amount of auto incentives for orders to ensure the good performance of the market in general.
We've updated the order offer notifications for drivers to clearly indicate when an order is a multi-drop. This new feature aims to enhance transparency and ensure that drivers are aware of the multi-drop nature of their routes, helping to reduce confusion and improve operational efficiency.
